Easy,you will know if you have Hipapitaitse cos your spelling sucks

The others are right, it's Hepatitis, and you need to see a health clinic or your Doctor for blood tests.

If you mean "Hepatitis" you should see a doctor and get blood tests done to find out for sure if you have this serious, possibly life threatening liver disease. Good luck.
