Whether or not the piercing will scar depends on how you pierced it, where you pierced it, and how big the whole was made. If it is a simple pierce with a needle, which will be a small whole, and it is in a place that has some at least slightly fleshy tissue over the cartiledge part of the ear, then you can take it out now and put neosporin on it for several days and it will heal over. But, do it now...don't wait any longer. The longer you wait the more set it will become.

I took it out the day I got it and it left not really a scar but you can feel a small bump if you really try. Not too bad.

You will probably have a little bump where it healed over.
