Dancing is usually associated with celebration, the drunkeness is sometimes associated with having completed a difficult task. Grass sometimes means prosperity. Serpents are usually bad but ultimately not much to worry about if you play your cards right. I might be able to tell you more if I knew where the snakes were in relation to you and your girlfriend and what they were doing/where they were going, if they were doing anything/going anywhere at all.
Of course, it could also be nothing more than a late-night-pizza-snack induced dream that means nothing at all. Most dreams reflect what you're currently concerned about or interested in.
