I am 35 and my husband is 40. We both are broadminded and have a lot of understanding. Once in a month we go for "spouse exchnge" programmes with other like minded healthy couples.( I get sex from the other man and his wife gets from my husband). Tell me, is it good or anything wrong with it?

Nothing wrong with it. It is your and your hubby's choice. I am also of your age only and my hubby is 42. We have been practicing such things for the last ten years. We enjoy life. Nothing is wrong in it as long as you and your hubby both want it and you take care precautions for your health.

if you are all consenting adults and are practicing safe sex (using condoms) then do what you will- if you have any questions about the morality of it or if you are worried that there is something wrong with it then I would ask you to examine whether or not you feel it is psychologically "o.k."
