I've started having laser treatments to remove my facial hair, and my doctor advised me to use sunblock whenever I'm out in the sun. He said that I didn't have to use sunblock when I'm at home during the day. But, I tend to spend some time near windows and open spaces as I love the fresh air, even if it's for about 10 minutes or so. Is this harmful, as I'm having laser treatments?

My skin is olive-coloured, and I do tan easily.

if you moisturize your face you could try getting one with an spf. that would cover you while you're indoors. otherwise, it will never hurt to put sunblock on, whether you go outdoors or not! :)
