You should try and eat a bit healthier. Chaning your diet will probably help. Try and eat things with more fibre in and make sure you're having plenty of fruit and vegetables. You can also buy special yoghurts that can help with things like bloating. Danone Activia specifically helps with bloating, and theyre reli nice! Good luck!

sounds like you have developed an allergy, loads of women get this with wheat (have you been eating bread and pasta?). My friend gets it with yeast. Keep a food diary and try to find a common cause. There are yogurts called Acrtivia which are supposed to help control bloating (my mum swears by them). If youre worried go see the doc, they can test you for allergies and anything else

I had a similar problem years ago and just suffered in silence for a long time. I went to my GP for something else one day and mentioned this to him while there. He gave me a prescription which cured me within a month and it had never come back. It's worth seeing your GP for it.

You could have a food allergy. Your GP could help find out what foods are causing this.
