I think you're depressed about something else, that makes you can't concentrate on your studies. I think you should be more positive about yourself. Not thinking of you're going to fail for your test, but to study and have fun, and have confidence in yourself.

You forgot everything you learnt before a test probably because you're nerves or not confident enough.

Not just really study hard, but also have some time to relax yourself, try not to be so hard on yourself.

Is there something that happened with a test recently to make you feel like you couldn't do it anymore? That might explain it. Or maybe you are having stress in other areas of your life. Getting good or bad marks isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be. You are not a failure and it doesn't mean you can't do anything the rest of your life. It just means you are having trouble concentrating right now. It's going to be O.K.

so u screw up when the question is asked. so practice on answering the question. u have practice learning and understanding but u crack under pressure. and dont bad about missing some marks, theres a million more failures that have done worse. and dont feel ur about to fail, if u feel ur failing ur already halfway there to being a screw up. so be more optimistic and talking to an educated adult, a teacher or a parent.

If there is no medical problem or outside stress (like family problems) then you are experiencing what all humans do, ups and downs. No one on Earth performs at 100% all the time, we all have peaks and valleys. This is especially true during adolescence and during the 'courting' years when hormones are messing with your mind. Try practicing a meditation or something that center's and balances you...don't give up...it will pass in time.

Are your marks the end of the world? Then? just relax... It only means that you do not want to be evaluated by any tom dick & harry!
Just relax. Do not struggle to find answers. write or say whatever comes to your mind. Believe me, it will be the right answer!

When I saw this question once I thought that I had asked that. Because that all is happening to me. But now this time I am going to do my best. And now you should also think only one thing :
don't give up, not ever! not untill you deafeat your rivals.

Get yourself a medical check-up. Thyroid deficiency can cause exactly the symptoms you describe, and is easily treatable.
