H&M sells them, i saw it once in a magazine. Or try normal clothing stores like forever 21. If you live in europe,Mango and Zara and TOPshop sell them. My mom went to barcelona recently and got me the coolest patterned tights from Mango, and she said there was a whole lot to choose from.

topshop is ace for that kind of thing their new autumn and winter range has a wide range of new patterns and styles of tights
and they stok all shades!
