What a dangerous lot you all are, my anger is loud voice, few choice words and the TRUTH! Watch out if you cross my path as I'll seek you out and follow you to have the last word. My anger is UGLY.

I follow my father in showing disapproval. No words are spoken in anger nor any violent physical action is performed.
I just frown a bit.
That way the person at whom your anger is directed is immediately at a disadvantage. There are no angry words to retort to, nor any violent actions that may leave a mark on his/her psyche. If this person is sensitive enough he will correct himself very soon !
