People who are in this country illegally get charged with crimes all the time. There are plenty of people in prison who are illegals because they broke American law on American soil.
For example, it is a federal crime to be an illegal alien in possession of a firearm.

Because once they get caught ... they get sent back to their own country because they aren't us citizens... so basically . we don't have the right to punish them for their punishment and laws are different then ours.. in a nut shell there it is. lol

Well, the real reason this can happen is that you are a nation of lazy, illiterate, obese, criminal, immoral, drug-addicted, sex-obsessed, hate-filled racists and God doesn't really like you all that much.........
