I feel a person who writes/tells/publishes his/her feelings/thoughts only when one of his/her emotional side takes shape is a introverted extrovert.

Ex: Writing a blog only when he/she is sad,

If a person stays back home & avoids hanging out with friends because he is going through a bad time/bad phase/ bad moment then it shows an introverted extrovert character.

write a blog whether you are happy or sad = extrovert
Do not write a blog whether you are happy or sad = introvert
Writing a blog only when he/she is sad or happy [only for one emotion] - introverted extrovert

I dont think this type of person exists, that's if we are talking in strict psychological terms according to the theories of personality. Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel that you are referring to a person who is usually extroverted but suddenly turns into someone more withdrawn.

Before exploring this further, let me just give you a quick definition of terms. An Introvert is a person who is energized when he is alone while an extrovert is a person who is energized around people. Introversion and extroversion lie on both ends of a continuum and people usually fall somewhere between.

There are people who are considered extroverts but are actually somewhere in the middle of the continuum and as a result may sometimes find refuge in being alone. This might be what you are referring to as an introverted extrovert.

Like all facets of a person's personality, the introversion/extroversion of a person may change a little over the course of time but usually, those that are extroverted remain as such for the rest of thier lives and the same goes for introverts.

two types of personality....
extrovert is "people person" it means he is getting energy interacting with people.... most of them are people oriented, friendly, easy going..... on the otherhand, introvert is a type of personality which is called "reserved"...... he hates much attention from people and he's not that people friendly...
