Hi I am 24.we are trying to conceive.my last Mc were on 3 oct.its 19 nov now and still no mc. have done hpt but all negative.i always have regular periods.On 3 nov i saw a drop of blood.whats happening.does it take a long to see positive in some cases I am really confused pls help

Hi, I took several home pg test, I would probably say at least 20 of them and they all said negative. I even went to the health clinic and still negative. But I just knew something wasn't cosher. So I waited about another weak and took yet another home pg test! POSITIVE it was that my hormone level was so low that it wouldn't show up in my ept's or blood test. I was already 3 months by then to. So don't give up yet. I mean if this is what you want? She's now 11 sunnydays

It's possible that you are trying so hard you are stressing yourself out. Your body under stress will do crazy things. Don't concern yourself with being pregnant and make an appointment with your doc to have a blood test to confirm. You can have false negatives with home tests but you can also want to be pregnant so badly that you will miss your period without being pregnant. I was on the pill for well over 5 years and went off it to get pregnant thinking I would have at least 6 months of trying...so I didn't even ponder pregnancy before that 6 month point (no stress) and found out I was pregnant 3 weeks after my last pill. Also, if you stopped in the middle of your pack it will mess up your cycle, I waited until the end of my pack to stop taking the pill. Good luck and hopeful congrats...if not just be patient and give yourself some time.

Hi there,
Some women take longer to produce strong HCG in their urine, My aunt has now got 5 kids and she didnt show up (+) at all on 2 of them.
I am in the same predicament as you are at the moment, I took 5 HPT's 2 showed up (-) But 3 Showed Up Very Faint (+).
I have been to my doctors for a beta hcg test and should get the results back tomorrow or tuesday.
I'd suggest you go to see your GP and get a Blood HCG test, as these show up if you have any levels of the pregnancy hormone in your system.
Try & relax, and be taking that folic acid just in case
