Possible, but the telephone number is a mobile or cell number, and if that's the best that a consultancy can do, it probably doesn't say much for their professionalism.

If that is a deal where some guy is dieing and wants to leave you all him money (18 millon ect...) then dump it and do not answer it again it is a hox just to get in to your bank account and then drain it...
