I experience muscle cramps at night (during sleep) and occasionally in the day. I am 62 years old working a part-time job(supermarket) that requires physical labor. I also eat poorly. Please, at the moment I CAN NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE ABOVE FACTS, so It doesn't help to write me advising me to get lighter work or eat a balanced diet. What I need help with is finding some suppliment (pills?) that can get me through this period until I can improve my work and living situation.
Thanks much.
PS: Is it true that I might be low on potassium?

Can't see why you can't eat properly as it is more expensive to eat poorly. I'm older than you and take 2 panodol for cramp. It works in about 5 minutes.
