How can I recove a text if my computer restarts by itself and I didn't save what I was writing in MS Works?

Have Windows ME, Will appreciate suggestions! Thanks

Enable the auto saving or auto recovery option in MS Works. You can access this by tools-->options

And you may change how frequently it saves the documents. (10 sec, 30 sec, 1 , 2, 5, 10mins ....etc.)

it has an autorecover... but if you doesn't appearv in your ms works... sorry to say that you will not recover it anymore... sorry
