You bet it is!!! This is some very good protector for wood, as it prevents water from soaking into the wood, and keeps bugs from living in the wood. You have to re-apply it every years or two, but it makes the wood look nice and is a super good protector. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!!

I used it in the "business" along with "Tung" oil for treating outside wood IE:Doors and trim, in Las Vegas, NV. Where the Sun cooks wood outside. Works very well to restore finish although I prefer the "Tung" oil.
