It means that your CD didn't burn properly. If you always get this error message, you could try a different brand of CD. However, the most likely think is that you have either a bad CD-RW drive or the drivers have gotten corrupted. If you know the make/model of the CD-RW drive, go to that manufacturer's Web site and download the new drivers.

If you don't know the make/model of your CD-RW drive, you will have to take the computer's cover off and remove the CD-RW drive to get this information. If you get to this level, you might want to just buy a new CD-RW (or even a DVD-RW) drive and install it.
