my friend has one boob bigger that the other but in a very in your face way people stare at her when we walk around town together. I have tried to convince her that she should get a bra that is padded in one breast but she said it feels uncomfortable. Is it wrong to feel un easy when I go out with her

no two breasts are the same size ,it is normal but usually the difference is minimal ,there are reasons for that but that wont solve the problem ,it isnt a problem but really normal
look at half of a face and using a mirror put it accross the center line of your nose ,its probably easier to do it on a photo ,regardless both images are as if different people,
we are one person ,one body each of us ,but spiritually for reasons we need freewill ,we are of two spirits ,a good if you like and a not so good but of equall goodness and badness ,
usually the body type is a good match but some people it is more important to marry slightly divergent spirits into the body union, marrage if you will ,we all have at least 2 ,every one it is just more obviose with your friend
it is wrong for you to feel uneasy because her soul picks up on the unease ,and friends get to our inner being more than other people are allowed to,
she is as you unique ,you now know the why ,which you wouldnt have if you hadent of concern/love asked ,with her it is a constant reminder whereas for the more closer matched they will never know ,she is special ,but she needed the extra proof that she has for reasons of spirit not flesh ,why i dont know ,she can choose to loose the reminder only to discover latter the lesson she chose as a reminder becomes forgotten
trust god who chooses the marrages that go into making all of us,
it is ,was gods choice ,but she has to do that she chooses to do,
as i think has been suggested it is simple to cosmeticlly change it ,but that is her choice ,not others judgment

it is not unusual
for some of us, to have asymmetrical features.

Having different size breasts is no big deal.

Is your friend is really as bothered, as you seem to be, about this .
if she were upset about her appearance ,;

she would wear, less revealing ,looser clothing .
or pad her bra .
Or heaven forbid .,consider breast surgery

She does not want, to do, any of these things, apparently.

It is her body and she can show it off, as she wants .

If she was my friend ,i would buy her a really pretty flowing scarf , to drape across herself., If she wanted to

and if i was her friend,
i would make 'no never-minds',over how she appeared,
to others. Because their opinion does not count.

Don't make her feel ,she is a freak.
I am sure that was not your intention ,

So just relax and enjoy being friends

Have fun!

Yes it is wrong! I guess you must have a flaw or two yourself as you are a human being.
Now, does your friend pick on these faults or love you for the individual you are?

BTW boobs are rarely completely even!

if we were all made the same the world would be pretty boring with all the perfect people.
imagine if you were the one with the smaller breast and your friend felt uneasy would it upset you? would you think "huh not much of a friend if she can't take me for who i am".
this friend might have been your friend through thick and thin so now its your turn be proud and loud!!!

Tell your friend it doesn't matter - all the times she has healthy breasts (no breast cancer etc) to love the ones she has got.

Try pushing on the big breast to see if the smaller one inflates.

Yes, but tell her to pad the little one in public.

Has she ever consider going for plastic surgery to correct the inbalance?

Well, yes. It means you can't take her as she is. Suppose you had a facial disfigurment and your friend asked you to wear a mask?
