im not sure if i remember correctly but wasnt it him who recorded i remember elvis presley just after elvis died he was a member of the official elvis fan club and asked permission from the estate to be able to sing it and was allowed dont quote me on that mind but the name certainly rings a bell and if that is the case his record company would know as they will have the info to send him his royaltys etc etc
