Well, the US version (Cardcaptors) only dubbed 39 episodes.
The original Japanese version (Cardcaptor Sakura) had 70 episodes.
In addition, there were also 2 CCS movies, that were dubbed in the US. You can probably still buy the DVD somewhere.

o_O What I want to know is why did you think there was only 13?!
