bluetooth dongle?

loaded on dongle and stating "connection device failed" it finds the phones location but does not work any ideas thanks

Bluetooth dongle are very hit or miss, sometimes they work & the next day the don't.

u need ta go ta ur fones website and download the soft wear oe if u got a cd ram with ur fone install that it shud work!
