Get an empty tub, put about 1/4 inch of vinegar in it, then fill the tub about 2/3 of the way up with warm water, then wipe that over the table. The rings should come right out!!

I've used mayonnaise to get rid of white rings off the table. It worked really well, but it was an old table, and I don't think it had been cleaned in a long time. If you polish yours frequently, it may not work. OTOH, it won't harm it, as long as you wipe it off right away.
Some polishes work well at getting rid of the rings.
If you just can't get rid of them, consider a pretty tablecloth, or a glass top cut to fit your table exactly (and you put photos or interesting bits of paper underneath it).

there are several methods that you can try.
there are wood cleaners on the market, or you could try a 50-50 mixture baking soda and white toothpaste(not coloured gel).
mayonnaise- let sit for one hour then clean off.
Readers Digest have a book called How to clean just about anything, lots of good tips to be had.
