Ok, the first half is in the Moonglade itself - on the floor of Lake Elune'ara. It's a dark blob on the floor of the lake - it's a random spot, so you'll need to hunt around for it.
The second half is (at least for the Alliance) in Westfall, just off the coast from the Gold Coast Quarry.
If you go to thotbott.com and enter the quest name, they can give coordinates and a pic of where on the map it is.
