Your mobile number has nothing to do with your PUK number, if you have forgotten the puk code, you better call your mobile phone customer service. The first question to ask is your complete name and your mobiles EMEI number which can be found at the back of your phone.

Let me explain you... You asked about getting the PUK no...!!
This PUK no. in a blocking system for the misuse of ur SIM account... This normally occurs when you wrongly enter ur PIN no for more than 3 times... Anyway, You can't do anything with ur mobile until you know ur PUK...
You got to do is, Switch off ur cell... Remove ur SIM from ur cellphone... Note the number printed on the SIM card... This is ur SIM no.... Call to ur network operator from your friends mobile whose having the same network operator as yours... They will ask for the SIM no, Name of which the SIM is purchased and Address... Don't worry, this is just for verification... And finally you will get ur PUK...
Hope the info is satisfying...

You need to get your PUK code from your supplier. They are not associated to the number.

PUK should be in that paper with the PIN number your provider gave you. If you lost that, go to a mobile shop. they will help you
