There is a product made for cleaning stainless steel called Stainless Steel Cleaner, but finding it is the problem.
Restaurants can order it, but it seems the general public has a hard time finding it. That's why I don't have stainless steel.
It amazes me that they offer the appliances but not the way to clean them properly.
It's been about a year since I've looked for it, I have stainless steel pots and pans, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

You can get a cleaner from Home Depot and you should by the stainless steel wax after you clean it, you actually wax it like a car, it works.

The boiler is another problem. You may have to put in a water softener to control this problem. You can rent them.

The best thing to use is ammonia in water. It cuts the grease and grime and doesn't leave streaks. The cleaners, now on the market, will clean, but ammonia works just as well and costs less to buy.
To remove the water stains, vinegar is your best bet. You may have to use it a couple of times, but eventually, it will remove all the stains.
