5 star hotels near the airport are in Makati area or Hotels in Roxas Boulevard.
Philippine Village Hotel is the hotel nearest the airport but it isnt 5 star.
In Makati area, there are Dusit Hotel and Hotel Intercontinental along Edsa. Other options are New World Hotel, Makati Shangrila, Manila Peninsula and Manila Mandarin
In the Roxas Boulevard area, we have Heritage, Diamond,, Manila Hotel. Along CCP Complex is the Philippine Plaza.
Makati and Roxas Boulevard are 30 minutes to 1 hour drive to the airport depending on the traffic. It will be less than 30 minutes if there is no traffic.

absolutely, you definitely don't want to spend 14 hours in manila airport get a room in a hotel somewhere nearby, such as pasay, ermita/malate, or makati things to do - you may have just enough time to get to zamboanga restaurant for dinner & a show if you head to the ermita/malate area, or you could try somewhere else like the hobbit house or aristocrat restaurant. the cowboy grill restaurants are another place you could find food, drinks, and entertainment. or you could head down to the boardwalk near the mall of asia where there are a bunch of restaurants that often have bands playing outside you definitely don't want to be visiting rizal park at night, and it's also too late to tour intramuros
