I'm looking to study Engineering at a graduate level... which university would you say is my best choice?

I studied at McGill at the graduate level and worked there for 7 years in an administrative level.

All else being equal, go to Concordia.

Depends on what kind of engineer you are. McGill if you can get in would likely be the best bet.
