well typically if a person wants to try and seriously train and become really good, they should start between the years of 4-9, but you can start later. It would be really hard though, and it depends how old of an adult you are. I don't think you could start after age 30. Ive been doing gymnastics for 7 years, and its a very phsically demanding sport, even for a ten year old with lots of energy, but im sure you could try if its just for fun.

Heck ya! Although it will probably feel wierd that you might be the oldest one there, make the time of it and enjoy the training and the people with it. Although if you are a guy, then be careful about being "TO" friendly, b/c that would not be good. Look up local gymnastics in your area and see if they have adult programs or single session programs.

Sure just take it slowly as adults are not as flexible and nimble as kids but with time, patience and hard work, you can become a good adult gymnast.

Sure, but I doubt if they would ever be Olympic material. After a certain age you just cannot achieve the flexibility that younger bodies can do.

You can start at any age but for better performance it is better to start at young age
