I'm 5'8, 135 lbs. and all my friends are wayyyyyyy shorter. Would I look stupid with them if I were in heels and so were they? but I was still way taller than them?

I'm 5'11" and as you may imagine I'm ALWAYS taller than my friends. I had a hard time with it when I was younger; always slouching, trying to look shorter, but then I realized that I get to stand out when I'm taller and I get to look thinner, so I started wearing HIGH heels and I loved it! I got so much attention because of it! Now my husband is 5'9" and he loves it when I wear heels because we both get attention when we walk into a room now.
Embrace your height. You're not even really that tall. You can totally get away with it and probably look incredible.

You will look absolutely gorgeousl.. confidence and good posture is the key to being a leggy woman. Suck in your stomach, pull your shoulders back and imagine your a ballerina or a supermodel. In 3 inch heels I am 6 ft and I have never been called stupid for it. Do not cave your chest in or round your shoulders in shame.. Nothing wrong with being the gazelle of the bunch there kitten!.. have a fun evening.

Kate!! What the heck are you thinking? Wear your height proudly. I am only 5 feet tall and if I were your height, I'd wear heels, flats, whatever I wanted because I could. You won't look ugly if you're proud of who you are. You've got it, and height IS an asset! Your friends love you because of who you are, not how tall you are! Work it, girl!

You should be thankfull to god for being blessed with such a wonderfull height.Everybody in the world is different so accept yourself as you are, without comparing yourself to your friends.I trongly disagree that a tall person looks stupid walking with other short heighted people.Just feel good abuout yourself.

it doesnt matter how tall you are! i kno that sounds like something a mom would say but come on really. embrace your height. if you feel that self consious maybe dull down the heel like maybe go for one of those cute 1/2 to 1 inch heels they are flattering to tall people!

Ugly is not the word. Awkward u will look. Stupid no. Of course, with ur height u must avoid heels when walking with shorties.

If you carry yourself with confidence, you'd look great. Don't be a shrinking violet.. I'm sure you'll stand out (and that isn't a bad thing).
Don't be ashamed of your height... enjoy it. There are lots of men who are attracted to tall(er) women.

hon, I'm 5'10", and I always feel weird in heels. truth is, you stick out (not a bad thing)but it looks good. plus you're skinny so guys'll be paying a lot more attention to you also.
