how do i find an easy&efficient way to study?

i have a history exam on islam tommorow and i can't concentrate, so there's no way i can pass.... i need help, please!

turn off all music and TVs if they are on, put all phones on silent gab all the munchies and candy you want and just go for it for like 45 min to an hour then take a 15 min break and study after untill you feel you know the material.

first of all U need to clean Ur mind from all the extra exciting thoughts , sometimes being busy with people and being excited breaks our concentration , try to ONLY focus on your history , most the people i know study better when they are reading and saying the words loudly to themselves some of them also write whatever they read to themselves and this is an efficient way to study , it also depends on U , try to explain the lesson loudly to yourself lafter studying them !

Just visit the mosque nearby your home . Sit there for some time . If you can carry the history book with you and study there

i learned this in my psychology class..

youre more likely to remember stuff (that you studied)
when youre..in the same state you were..
soo

if you studied when you were tired,
if you take the test when youre tired, youll remember more
if you take it when you feel awake, youll remember less

have someone quiz you on the stuff too,
a day after you study.. or two

(if your nervous when you take test..find someway to make you nervous when youre studying)
