Don't fool yourself,the only GOOD hypnotist I've heard of is Paul Mckenna. as for all that green paper in Daddy's wallet, my dad has been dead for many a year.

I think you better work on another profession because as a hypnotist you suck. Close your eyes and relax , consentrate on your breathing and breath in thru your nose slowly taking in long breaths. Try to imagine seeing how your chest fills with air and then empties as you let it out , count each of your breaths. one in and two out three in and four out etc. keep counting till you get to 1000 . dont open your eyes or loose consentration of your breaths and watching your chest fill and empty as your breath. Along with each breath try to relax a little more and more each time until you are totally relaxed. Once you have counted to 1000 you probably will be asleep and never know you counted to 1000.
