um is this a comedian tale? in the adventure that your no longer kidding whoever advised you to ask for a "chutney ferret" is joking with you as that's only slang for a gay guy (heavily seem it up). There are actually not "breeds" of ferrets like canines or maybe cats there incredibly only separated by shade and/or trend. To the unique questions confident ferrets could make stable pets yet they require greater interest then say a cat or something comparable as they might desire to be saved caged lots of the time and set loose to play and workout robotically they might desire to additionally be supervised in any respect circumstances while enable to run unfastened as they're very curios and could chew and get into each and every thing. It incredibly relies upon on how previous/in charge your daughter is and in case you think of she will take care of the duty. If a ferret sounds to extreme maintenance might I propose a rabbit? they seem to be an identical vein of puppy yet require much less artwork and interest.

Well, my friend lost her hamster once during the middle of winter. We found it at the beginning of the next winter, alive. Somehow it survived the rest of the winter, and then lived in the unused fireplace during the summer. We found it eating the dog's food. Although now the size, and shape, of a softball, it was still alive. It was put on a diet and was fine. True story, seriously.

I've heard rumors that they can live months depending on how much food and water is available in your house or how dirty it is.
