Neither it is a dislocation.

A dislocation occurs when a bone is pulled or pushed out of place (out of its normal relationship to the other bones that make up a joint). This can happen in joints such as the kneecap, hip, fingers, elbow, or shoulder.

A sprain is an injury which occurs to ligaments caused by a sudden overstretching. The ligament is usually only stretched, but sometimes it can be snapped, slightly torn, or ruptured, all of which are more serious and require longer to heal.

A strain is an injury which occurs to a muscle in which the muscle fibers tear as a result of overstretching. Strains are also colloquially known as pulled muscles. The equivalent injury to a ligament is a sprain.

A fracture is the separation of a body into two, or more, pieces under the action of stress.

Neither one. It is a displacement of the joint. Joints are made to fit in a certain way and physical injury can cause the bones to be "dislocated" so they don't to sit against each other the way they are supposed to. Dislocation is a separate case from the other injuries you mentioned. Sprains and strains are muscle, tendon and ligament related injuries.

Its neither.A dislocation is where the joint has moved out off the socket and needs to be manipulated bck in to place.A sprain is where the muscles have been pulled and sometimes torn, and a fracture is a crack on a bone, displaced or not.

it's none of the above...

a dislocated finger is just what's it's called-a dislocation of the joint inside the finger.

treatment usually involves just popping it back in place and sometimes bandaging it to keep it there until it regains strength and the person is sometimes given pain meds....
