how do u know whene your balls have dropped

For lack of better terms...
I am going to assume you are between the ages of 10 and 15. If this is the case, simply take your hand and feel. If there are two distinct testicles (balls) then they have dropped. If you are between the ages of 13-15 and only feel one then you need to go see a doctor.
It is very obvious if they are there or not there. If it has not descended then its very serious, but you should be able to tell yourself. Good luck with that!

Undescended testicles are very noticeable. Or I guess you could say un-noticeable.
