I really do care about her and I always say how I love her alot. And I do love her, just not as much as she thinks I do.

I can't tell you what you should tell her without you telling me how you feel about her. Do you love her back? If so tell her. If you don't try to let her down easy. Tell her you care about her but aren't to that point yet. Yeah, I really gotta know how you feel about her before I can answer this one. Good luck.
Ok...That helps. Tell her you love her too but be very clear that you aren't in love with her. Be honest even if it hurts. Be up front so she wont be hurt worse in the long run. But are you SURE you're not in love with her? You seem quite concerned about her feelings. If you are sure you gotta tell her the truth. If you're not sure it's ok to tell her that too. Just tell her you love her too but you're unsure if you're in love with her. Then do some serious soul searching. When you figure it out, let her know.

The question you should be asking is: Why am I still with her and leading her on when I am not in love with her?
