If you have your seat declined all the way back then, why do you sit up when you drive?

For example, you will have your arm hanging out of the window and your seat will be all the way back but, you will be sitting up?????

I'm not sure I"m getting your question.I have to sit up almost perfectly straight to see over the steering wheel.

think you need a dictionary to find the word 'decline' , it aint wot you think it is.Also in this country I live in, its against the law to have any part of the body hanging out of the windows.!!Happy reading.
