YES --- I enjoy Iron Chef America -- and the best part for me is the commentary by Alton Brown -- I really enjoy his show "Good Eats" and on "Iron Chef" it is his commentary on the ingredients and the action to make the dishes that makes it a great show.

Sometimes. It does not even come close to the original Japanese Iron Chef, but it sure is better than the William Shatner version.
