I have tried just about everything imaginable for my dark circles. I usually get more than enough sleep. I don't think lack of sleep is the cause of it.
I use a yellow concealer with my other make-up to hide what I can't get rid of. :-)
I hope someone comes up with something I *haven't* tried!!

Spots? Hmmmm....Well, first of all drink plenty of water, and try to go to sleep before midnight (beauty sleep!) If it doesn't help then you probably have sun damage, and it will take a long time to get rid of them. Stay out of the sun, wear protective hat if you can, and sunglasses is a must! Use Shiseido's White Lucent Intensive Spot Targeting Serum, an intensive treatment for skin with dark spots, and White Lucent Brightening Eye Treatment, a highly moisturizing, anti-dark circle eye treatment.

A lot of times the dark circles are caused by allergies...sometimes doctors don't even catch it! I have had them for years, and a doctor didn't even catch it until a month ago. However, if you talk to the doctor about allergies, he will explain how they can cause the puffy black eyes that don't go away....if it is allergies, he can prescribe an antihistamine eye drop solution, but they are really expensive, so you'll need insurance or prescription assistance.

Black eyes can also be caused by sun exposure, age, and pregnancy.

Concealer. Just dab a lil foundation under those eyes she'd be fine. Or maybe she's missing a vitamin that is needed in our bodies tell her to start taking multi vitamins. And you do know that there are some people that have rings around there eyes and it is heriditary. Yes there are. Good Luck

You might think about going to your Dr. Sometimes dark circles can mean an iron deficiency.
