If there really is one let me know, but here's a quick cure that helps my girlfriends and I...
get some chocolate, ice cream, a box of tissues, a great sad broken hearted movie and a good crying song. Eat the chocolate and ice cream while watching the movie then while you're still crying at the end of the movie but in the crying song and just let it all out. Get it out of your system, splash some cold water on your face. If you're a girl you'll feel better. If you're a guy, just get a non-human punching bag.

my heart has been broken more times than i dare to count till i learned to love myself enough to let that sustain me during such times. when i get hurt these days, i simply look for something that i really love doing but havent, cos of time constraint-- a perfect excuse to have a mini holiday from a hectic schedule. as simple as tinkering w/ my guitar, or doing a pencil/ink sketch, nature-tripping, malling w/ friends-- anything that would tell i'm special on my own and in company of other people. i let fun times drown the sadness and self-pity and before long, a new love comes along--
the universe responds to you depending on the kind of energy that you send out.
