i am a single bisexual female who has not "been intimate" with anyone in 6 months, and not with a woman for years. i will be visiting a friend in amsterdam, and he'll be looking after me, keeping me safe etc. legal prositutes are regulated, clean, etc. i'm 25 so for all i know next time i travel to a place like this i could be married. should i go ahead and have some legal, consensual, fun? are there any other women out there who have done so and would like to give me their perspective??

Go for it babe. And while you're at it bring one home to me! Seriously though, I see nothing wrong with it. Just be careful. There's a lot you could learn from a pro. You probably don't need to pay for sex but think of the interesting things you could learn. Hmmm. Wish I had a ticket to Amsterdam!

Well I am not familiar with this Amsterdam thing. But I would say if you are considering it, you really are curious about it. Have you talked to the friend you are staying with? (Then again its not really something you may want to talk about..) He might be able to tell you any risks, though if the women (assuming you meant a woman prostitute, I am sure there are male ones there too!) are clean and regulated, I can't really think of the downside other than you have to pay for what you could possibly get for free back home. Just make sure you just want some fun, and you dont get in over your head. I agree, next time you could be married! When in Amsterdam, do as the Amsterdames do :P

I know about Amsterdam's policy's on regulating prostitution. But think about what your saying, your putting your health at risk with a prostitute. I don't care what government or what a person says, prostitutes will find their ways not to be so "clean." If I were you I would enjoy the sites and clubs in Amsterdam and keep yourself healthy by not resorting to visiting a prostitute. Or you will be clapping on your way back to the US. And I am not referring to applauding if you get my drift. There are many lovely bisexual females here in the US that would be more than happy to show you around their town, though it may not be Amsterdam! Smile Have fun and be safe.

Sweetie, you don't have to pay for girls! I'm sure you can pick one up in a gay bar for FREE and have a much better time. Of course, it all depends on you. *shrugs*
