Which show do you think is better and why?

I can already see fanatics across the globe hovering their cursors over the thumbs down button, but I have to be honest. Doctor Who will always be a classic, but even the newer shows are a bit campy. I like Torchwood because it is like a Doctor Who spin off for grown-ups...very sexy and much darker than Doctor Who. What's cooler, a tin can with a toilet plunger for an arm or an alien that takes over your body and thrives off of orgasmic energy? I also think the characters on Torchwood are more complex and interesting. I feel like I know more about the sort of person Gwen is in five episodes than they were able to tell us about Rose Tyler in two years. That said, I hope they link the two shows more as it progresses. I'd like for Captain Jack to meet up with the Doctor again.

Doctor Who by far!! Torchwood is rubbish, the plot lines are not answered the acting is wooden.
But who knows what Doctor Who will be like no Billie Piper has gone, she was an amazing actress!!

Dr. Who - - hands down. Especially when you go back to some of the earliest versions of the Doctor -- they are really great!
