It really depends on the question and the content..here's a few of my FAVORITE examples of Q&A's I've given before (I'm a female-to-male transsexual, so people naturally have LOTS of questions for me)
Q: "Have you had "the" operation"?
A: I'm not answering that, and why do you wanna know? Do I look like some kind of interchangeable parts Mr. Potato Head or something to you?
Q: "So are you..you know.."done"?
A: Yes..I'm a thanksgiving turkey and my little button just popped out.
Q: "So do you like girls or guys"?
A: My sexual preference is "often".
Q: "So which bathroom do you use"?
A: The one that won't lead to little old ladies screaming and hitting me with their purse.
Q: "So you're like a butch lesbian, right?"
A: Why? Are you interested in one? If so, I got plenty of friends.
Q: "How did you get facial hair/muscles/deep voice..ect?
A: "I asked the trans fairy and wished upon a f***ing star, and my wish came true..no, I take hormones"
Sorry, I know it seems like I give smartass, sarcastic answers, and I do..but at first I used to give genuine answers, but after time, of hearing the SAME questions OVER and OVER and OVER, you wanna just make them forget all their preconceived stereotypes and THINK about what they're asking for a second. Plus, since when is it EVER ok to ask someone about what's in their pants? To me..this just seems BEYOND rude. You don't ask that of any other group of people, so why do people think it's ok to ask a trans person what's in their pants?

I don't find it either one, annoying or amusing. The only way some people will find out about another culture is by asking questions. So why not take a few moments of your time to teach someone or tell them what they may want to know. And if you don't know the answer then just guide them to a website that will help. There is a saying that you just can't fix stupid, but that is wrong. Because you can by educating people.

It can be annoying if they're asking to make fun, or to be judgmental, and amusing if they're REALLY stupid questions, but generally if people genuinely want information in order to find out more about something they don't understand, then I'm OK with it. I'd rather they find out than remain ignorant and possibly with a load of false ideas.

Depends on how they're asking the questions.
I find it annoying when they're asking because they either have a vengeful motive, or want to get off.
If it is constructive conversation, then I don't mind the intimate questions, as long as they share their experiences as well.
Amusing if it is a sleazy guy wanting to know the intricate details of how we REALLY do it. Or if a woman asks, and u know that she's really asking because she's thought of it (which is almost always hot).
Or when u meet some really funny people who are able to share and laugh about funny experiences whether it is straight or homosexual related.

Amusing!! Because most of the time, its boys with their jaws hanging open, saying "you do THAT with other GIRLS?!" to which I respond "yes I do, and no you cant watch." Or the other spectrum is people telling me that god hates all homos, blah blah and I just have to laugh at that too. Or of course there are the people who are just generally interested as that topic as a part of your life. Questions are good, it means they care enough to ask! :)

Well. I dont think its either. the world is subjective and tuhs everything percibed in different views, your amusing or annoying questions may differ from individual to individual, and so making it hard to answear something as personal as your own point of view.

Annoying or amusing? I guess neither, really.
If they ask with a negative intent, I find it offensive- worse than annoying.
If they ask in true curiosity, I find it rewarding that people want to know, so it's not really amusing to me.
