Which ones would make you feel better?

Thanks.

A promise might be a temporary fix, but in the long run actions are the only solution. Words are words until they are put into fruition.

Actions, because as the saying goes, actions speak louder than words.

And it's the same way to guys, if you hurt your wife or g/f. And you want to make her feel better, don't say you love her, you have to show it.

Don't ever make any promises you can't keep, because in the end that would hurt even more if they are not true. Deep conversations usually work, but it all depends on the topic and the reason for frustration.
good luck

Depends on who did the hurting or what caused the frustrating.
Some men need to act out their pain others need to melt it inside.
The melts tend to just like a silence presence - after a time, a soft touch to the forearm or thigh.
The act outs usually need other guys where they can cuss and act like locker room jocks who can solve the world.
If you caused the hurt, write a short letter, expressing your apology and your deep sorrow over hurting him. Tell him you love him forever. O

For me actions speak louder than words. The words are nice to hear but you have to back them up.

I would have to say that actions speak louder than words when it comes to most men.
