A woodpecker can hammer woods 25 strokes in a second. So I would say, one woodpecker can make a wooden sailboat to sink. The time required would depend on the wood thickness and quality. Many woodpeckers would make the boat to sink faster as there will be many holes. The time required for woodpeckers to make hole would be the same as I do not think that many woodpeckers would cooperate to make just one hole.♥
