From the dept of immigration i have recived first a receipt notice on the I-130 petition i sent in?

and 4 months later i recived an approval notice for wife of a U.S citizen, 201(b) have i missunderstood the meaning of the notice's i have recived, do they tell me my wife may have a chance to return home, or what are the papers for, i hope its not just another trick, and yes i'm worryed i worry alot about this , can anyone help me see past the smoke on this subject of dealing with the ICE service.
