It's harder for disabled people to find jobs.

They can't do most physical labor. They can't travel to some places. They have to work harder than non-disabled people to just maintain their daily lives. They may not be able to use a computer as well, depending on their disability.

Their job options are just much more limited.

BUT, they also are eligible for a lifetime government payment (kind of like a social security retirement benefit, but for disabled people at any age).

Not sure of your question. I broke my back and have applied for disability (still waiting after two and half years) I use to work 40 - 100 hours a week at my job and still do thing at home as well. Am I lazy, I need to say no to say the least. Can I work a 40 hour job anymore and still have a life NO can I sit very long NO Can I stand very long NO With the pain I am in I have a difficult time concentrating. But I still try to do as much as I can. Are some disabled people lazy Yes The whole system needs to be look at again to pick out the lazy people who are just using the system like my ex wife. But how do you know if someone is faking there pain or are in pain and doing more than they should be doing. Now I broke my back at work but workers comp is trying to get out of paying me, that is another system that needs to be looked at.

Not at all. Many disabled people are very active, socially and otherwise ; they are employed in many fields of work. Society does not encourage disable people to feel that they should be non-productive because of disabilities ; there are school specially for the blind, deaf , physically and mentally challenged people, etc. These special people are seen in work places , out in public places , doing things that other people do , and this is a good sign.

What is your definition of disabled people? Different people has different abilities. No hands and no legs, do you defined it as disable? Are you very sure about it? Lazyness is not monopolized by wrongly defined disabled people.

alot of disabilities dont allow any occupation. i figured there were more than 9 million disabled ppl. 20 million was my guess.

wait that involves fat ppl claiming disabilty so they can park in the handicapp n get to the door n back easier.

It's how they make their lives.... our lives (which means it doesn't matter whether you're disabled or not).
No need for discussion.
