Failure is a stepping stone to success. First thing which comes to mind is fighting spirit and introspection. Every failure has some good thing for the individual which we are unable to realise immediately. President Dr.Abdul Kalam had appeared for a post in Indian Air Force, but was not successful. Even if he had been selected perhaps he would not have become the chief of Air Staff. Now he has become the supreme commander of all defence forces. Every failure teaches a lesson for life.
