Do you know anything about the rare #13 perfect mason jars?

My dad just got one today and wants to know just about how much it is worth. He collects old bottles, i would love to help him out! so, help me help him help his bottle #13!

go to ebay. whenever my mom goes antiquing I always look up the stuff she got on ebay.
