Slim to none. BTW...they should not have won last year.

According to some sport scribes, the Miami Heat's winning percentage without Shaquille (and with Wade in the lineup) is lower that when Miami has Shaquille and Wade out of the lineup.
This basically means that although Shaq is basically putting up pedestrian numbers that pale in comparison to his past averages, he is still a force to be reckoned with.
If they get everybody healthy, I'm sure they will make a push for the finals. But much like your assessment, I too believe that they won't win a back-to-back.
Hope this helps.

Looking at their current roster (which is pretty much the same as last year's roster) it seems difficult for Miami to make it past quarter finals let alone the championships. They don't exactly have the youngest players since most of their star players are move 35 years old. Injuries are always a liability against this team. Shaq and wade both has never played a full 82 game season. Shaq isn't getting younger and I don't think they will have the same successful result with just wade alone. I believe that we will see them in the playoffs, just I don't think they'll make it past the semi finals. Unless they make roster changes, I don't think miami can go too deep into the playoffs.

Wade would be waiting because of the fact he has time to take a seat down back from all those bumps and bruises. Miami continues to be a contender because of the fact If Wade substitute into healthy and Shaq enjoying consistant in spite of age they could have went far they only without notice met a warm Bulls team. in the event that they get some loose brokers. possibly a element take care of who can score or a down low rebounder and shot blocker they're going to circulate back to the eastern confernce finals

They don't look like they want it as bad as they did last season, but then again it's early. Even if they miraculously make it to the Finals, The Spurs will smash em in 4 games. The same can be said for any East team, This year belongs to San Antonio.
My prediction Spurs vs Bulls in finals: Spurs win in 6 games.

I totally agree. With the age and injury problems, they don't have a chance of going back to the finals let alone winning it

Around 5 percent I guess. If they had Shaq healthy then 10 percent..
And during the offseason I said the Heat weren't going to make the playoffs everyone got on me. Suck on that.
