I forget which, but if a person looks left (or is it right?) while they're talking, they are not being truthful. Another one is that if a person has their feet pointed toward you that they are interested in you. I heard another that says if a person puts their hands behind their head that they're being arrogant. I know these are not true in all cases, but they're interesting. Do you know any?

When someone's eyes are dilated, that means they're interested in something or, more likely when talking to someone, that they're attracted to you. You can usually identify this if you're in a decently lit room and their pupils seem bigger than normal. Or, if they blink and their pupils gradually get bigger while they're looking at you. This is a biological fact, and I've actually observed this with people in the past. Of course, in contrast, if someone is not interested, their pupils do not dilate, and might even constrict.

If someone blinks a lot, that usually means that they're either tired or that they are lying.

If a person looks to the left, that means that they are using the right-hemisphere of their brain (the creative half) and are probably lying, because they are inventing a story.

If they look to the right when asked a question or explaining something, they may be lying because that is where you look for creative ideas.

Folded arms and/or crossed legs, are withdrawn, 'blocking' type postures, not inviting, like open relaxed arms and legs, which would suggest you are easily approachable and/or are engaged in the conversation.

Looking people in the eye, you are connecting and listening at a deeper level.

Good posture whether standing or sitting, shows confidence and status.

Sometimes girls flirt by flicking their hair.

When interested in someone as time goes on the two parties move closer and closer together.

Smiling, I am nice, approachable, I like you.

Yes. 1)the girl will mirror things you do It is easier to do something simple, like scratch your forarm, or brush lint off your shirt, its a smooth little test. If she doesn't she could still be into you. The idea is that somehow your elevated your status above hers, either with your looks or with conversation, and she is trying to gain rapport so as to gain your status, get with you, be on the same level. 2) she will change seats/places alot Shes following you around, thats kind of a no brainer. She wants you to initiate conversation. 3) her legs are crossed towards you and her body is facing you. (tho i have seen ppl do this to friends casually so i dont know) Definately, this indicates trust or rapport, of course you would see this amoung friends. If a woman you just met is doing this, she is interested in you. 4) yeh it shows she is nervous 5)she touches you playfully. 100% yes. Women are very intuned with "exactly" how, who, and when they touch people. If you think it was a casual brush, accidental, it probably was not. Usually you can tell anyway. i love it when girls do this, its so cute.

* Rolling eyes - not good. It can either mean they don't believe you or think you're less than intelligent.

* A smirk is indicative of someone with at least a momentary state of superiority.

* If someone tends to look to the left or right, avoiding eye contact in conversation, it is generally assumed this person is lying. Having been lied to by various people who look me in the eye dispels this particular theory.

* Anyone waving to people who are not there is a sign he or she has gone crackers and should be humored until the white suits arrive,

Some say that when a person crosses their arms in a conversation they are being "guarded" or protective of themselves . Some say its a sign of defense on the persons behalf. when a person is listening to you and they tilt their head either way they are deeply involved in thought of what you are saying. If they turn their head as to look at you side ways they are thinking you are telling a lie. Too numerous to go into actually goggle body language. It should describe hundreds! lol good luck

I read somewhere that a person who covers up his chin and the portion below the mouth while talking may eb trying to say something false. Also a person who offers his / her hand and holds your Hand too tight ; sort of way which hurts then he/she is a very dominating / arrogant person .

When on a date, if a guy strokes his drinking glass, it means he's thinking about sex. The same goes for women, but they touch the rim of the glass. (could be the other way around)
If they put the drinking glass directly in front of them, they are protecting themselves, and keeping their distance.

If someone touches their nose when they tell you something, it could be a lie. (or a cold) ;)
If they touch their ear, it means they can't believe what is being said.
